keep calling at least one time a day. i just dont answer

Once i answered the phone,they immediately said "sorry I have the wrong number and hung up."

Said a lawsuit was filed against me (case #CJ147194), he is going to "serve" me, that he has my "social security number," and that I "have been notified." Problem: this is an invalid case file number, I was never served any notice, the goofball never cited the action (whi versus who), and phone "notification" is invalid. Verdict: this doofus is a punk, harassing people.

This is an intentional hang-up call used by a process server to find out if anyone is home. If you answer it hangs up. Within two hours they are at your house, catch you at home and serve you with photo radar or other court docs. If you call the number back it has a recording that says "Thank-you" and immediately ends the call. I assume its an autodialer used to find out if people are home or not. This is dangerous. What's next? Burglary?
